Based in Shingle Springs, El Dorado County, California, Rich sells a wide variety of properties including country homes, vinyards, farms, ranches, and hunting land throughout Northern California. Rich has been licensed in California since 2004 and a broker since 2006.  Rich is a Land Pro for Realtree United Country Hunting Properties. He applies his professional experience in environmental planning, renewable energy development, land management, and wireless telecom to help his clients identify potential uses of the land and maximize value. Rich is an avid outdoorsman and is committed to preserving California's outdoor heritage and lifestyle.

As a Northern California native, and having lived here nearly all his entire life, Rich couldn't imagine living any place else. He grew up in a small dairy town in Humboldt County just minutes from the roaring Pacific Ocean. Graduating from Sonoma State University in 1993 with a Bachelors Degree in Management. Following graduation, Rich moved to Sacramento to start his professional career. Rich still lives near Sacramento with his beautiful wife and their three wonderful and busy children.
